ولهذا الفنان خريج أكاديميتي الفنون الجميلة في دمشق وايطاليا ، وعضو نقابة الفنون والتشكيليين العرب العديد من المعارض الداخلية والخارجية کلندن وفرنسا والبحرين وكندا ، وله مشاركات في المهرجانات العالمية على صعيد النحت في الشارقة ومصر واسبانيا وسويسرا . ولمصطفى أيضا جانب فني آخر تتداخل فيه النفعية بالجمالية ، هذا الجانب يتمثل بتصاميمه الخاصة في مجال الديكور الداخلي ( قطع الأثاث والمفروشات ) فلمجرد دخولك إلى الغاليري الخاص به والواقع في حارة الفنانين ( حارة اليهود سابقا ) في دمشق القديمة ، ستدهشك التصاميم المنفذة من خلال المقاعد والكراسي والـطـاولات المتناثرة في أرجاء الساحة والليوان وغرفة المكتب الخاصة به ، SWAR ------
وربما تصل إلى درجة الألم وارادی از ولك درجات ذلك القبر ، وتضاف عبداك قدام الآلات الدراما والنظام ضمن عرف القبر ، وربما الكويت البناء لأمارل فارم مة لملك الفن و الاستطاع من العين الخارج من بين الخشب والبرونز والتفاصيل الصغيرة المادة والباراة من تكوينات الأثاث ، وقد كانت مين الابراون در ما ال لاستقصاء هذا الجانب ، وتسليط الضوء على مكان اله وأسراره والذي بدأ مثل خمسة مهر ماه ا ملل محلي وبدأت ملامع هويته التدمع وتبرز الآن وبقوة
Mustafa Ali is one of the bright names in the sky of the Syrian composition, and he has his own bright mark in the world of sculpture, which is full of beauty and abundance of details, which he probably derived from the world of the sea, which he was born and lived his childhood near in the city of Lattakia in 1956 AD.
