موقع المشروع : منطقة بلودان - قمة عين نسور - امتداد سلسلة جبال لبنان الشرقية
هدف المشروع : توطين السياحة الشتوية في سوريا من خلال استثمار الإمكانيات الهائلة التي توفرها منطقة عين نسور وتنمية السياحة في المنطقة لتصبح سياحة راقية على مدار العام . تمتاز أرض الموقع بطبوغرافيا مختلفة الميل ارتفاع اعلى نقطة حوالي 2423 م المنطقة مكسية بالثلوج اغلب فصول السنة ( 6 أشهر ) من تشرين الأول حتى أوائل نيسان وهي كافية لممارسة رياضة التزلج تضاهي مناطق التزلج العالمية كسويسرا وألمانيا .
Project location: Bloudan region - Ain Nosour summit - Extension of the eastern Lebanon mountain range. Project objective: Settling winter tourism in Syria by investing the enormous potentials provided by Ain Nosour region and developing tourism in the region to become an upscale tourism throughout the year. The land of the site is characterized by a different topography, inclination, the height of the highest point is about 2423 m. The area is covered with snow most of the seasons of the year (6 months) from October until early April, and it is sufficient for skiing, comparable to the international ski areas such as Switzerland and Germany.
يتحدث الدكتور نهاد العبدالله عن مشروع التزلج في بلودان فيقول : يتوضع الـمـشـروع في منطـقـة عـيـن نـسـور ( 2423 م فوق سطح البحر على مساحة 220 هكتار متنوعة التضاريس حيث سمة المشروع الأساسية هي التزلج ( طبيعي وصناعي ) لوقوعها في الجغرافية المنطقة ذات خصائص الشتاء الدافئ الممتد من نهاية تشرين الأول وحتى نهايـة نـيـسـان وهـي المفضلة لدى المتزلجين حول العالم . الـهـدف الـرئـيـسـي للمـشـروع يـكـمـن في توطين السياحة الشتوية في سورية ، وتكامل الموسم السياحي على مدار العام وهـو مطلب ومقترح الهيئة العامة للمشاريع السياحية ووزارة السياحة ومديرية سياحة ريف دمشق . وإنـي سعيد بتقديم أعـمـال هـؤلاء الطلبة المتميزين لتحسسهم المشروعات التنموية للبلاد وتفكيرهم في مشروعات تعود بالنفع نحو السياحة بصيغتها العامة والسياحة الدينية بشكل خاص متمنيا للقائمين على مجلة أبو لودور كل تقدم ونجاح .
Dr. Nihad Al-Abdullah talks about the skiing project in Bloudan, and he says: The project is located in the Ain Nsour area (2423 m above sea level on an area of 220 hectares with a variety of terrains. October until the end of April, which is a favorite for skiers around the world.The main objective of the project lies in the settlement of winter tourism in Syria, and the integration of the tourism season throughout the year, which is a demand and proposal of the General Authority for Tourism Projects, the Ministry of Tourism, and the Directorate of Tourism of Damascus Countryside.I am happy to present the works of these distinguished students For their sensitivity to the country's development projects and their thinking about projects that benefit tourism in general and religious tourism in particular, wishing those in charge of the Abu Ludor magazine every progress and success.
كتلة مركز التزلج تشكل الرابط بين قلب المنطقة السكنية ومنطقة التزلج الطبيعي ومنطقة التزلج الصناعي وهي ممر نحو منطقة الاستجمام ومحطة رئيسية للعربات تؤمن التنقل بين عناصر المشروع وهي تعتمد بشكل شبه كلي على الطاقة البديلة المستمدة من الشمس
The ski center block forms the link between the heart of the residential area and the natural ski area and the industrial ski area. It is a corridor towards the recreation area and a main station for vehicles that secures movement between the elements of the project. It relies almost entirely on alternative energy derived from the sun.
منطقة التلفريك مع الموتيلات تتوضع على مساحة 12 هكتار , تتمتع كتلة الموتيلات مع التلفريك بإطلالة شاملة على كافة مناطق المشروع وهي تتصل مع بعضها بممرات للمشاة ويتم الوصول إليها بطريق السيارات أو عن طريق التلفريك الرئيسي . شكل الكتلة يشبه النسر وهو مستوحى من اسم الموقع
The cable car area with motels is located on an area of 12 hectares. The motel block with the cable car has a comprehensive view of all areas of the project, and it is connected to each other by pedestrian paths and can be reached by car or by the main cable car. The shape of the block resembles an eagle and is inspired by the name of the site
كتلة الحمامات منطقة الاسترخاء التي تضم أربع كتل لحمامات ساخنة وباردة التي تساعد في الأستشفاء من الأمراض الجلدية وغيرها .
The spa block is a relaxation area that includes four blocks of hot and cold baths that help in the recovery of skin diseases and others.
نموذج السكن التراسي التنظيمي منطقة السكن التنظيمي تضم 80 شقة موزعة على ثلاث أنماط للسكن ( نموذج تراسي 56 شقة موزعة على 7 كتل ) ( 24 شقة نموذج توأمي عادي ) ( 12 شقة نموذج توأمي دوبلكس )
