معرض بيلدكس
يعتبر معرض بيلدكس معرض دولي بجدارة بسبب انفتاحه على السوق العالمية ، إذ يعتبر نافذة للصناعيين السوريين في مجال البناء ومواده ، وعلى الرغم من المشاركة الدولية الواسعة في الدورة السادسة عشر لمعرض بيلدكس فقد أثبتت الشركات المحلية حضورها أيضا ، وذلك من خلال عدة قطاعات التي يرى الكثير من العارضين أنه بإمكان العديد منها أن تنافس الشركات العالمية من حيث الجودة والجمالية . من هذه الشركات على سبيل المثال : شركة السويدي للكابلات ، إذ يقول أحمد مازن عن مشاركتهم في هذا المعرض : إن شركة السويدي هي مجموعة شركات مصرية تعمل في مجال الكهرباء منذ عام 1940 والمجموعة لديها 141 معمل في مصر وليبيا- السودان- إثيوبيا- نيجريا السعودية- قطر- اليمن- ماليزيا- الهند ، وأربع معامل في سوريا ولها مكاتب تمثيلية في معظم الدول العربية والأوروبية والآسيوية ، وهي لا تصنع الكابلات فقط بل هي حل متكامل لأي عملية في قطاع كهرباء ولها معامل كابلات- محولات واعمدة وهياكل معدنية وحوامل كابلات ووصلات ونهايات توليد الطاقة من الرياح وعدادات كهربائية ، وهناك معمل المحولات وهو الأول في سوريا ، ويعتبر بيلدكس من أكبر المعارض في الشرق الأوسط بجانب معرض القاهرة ودبي هذه المعارض تساهم في نجاح المناخ الاستثماري في سوريا وتشجع المزيد من العارضين في الدول العربية والأجنبية للاستثمار في سوريا سواء من خلال التصدير أو التصنيع في مراحل لاحقة . من جهته يرى نبيل الزعبي وهو صاحب شركة متخصصة في الأبنية وصناعة الأبراج والزجاج الكامل واكساء خارجي للشبابيك والأبواب ، ومنتوجاته موجودة في السوق من ناحية العزل الحراري والصوت ، وهم جديد ويشبه المعرض بمعارض أوروبا . وكلاء لشركة ( اصطاح ) التركية ، كما يرى ان توقيت المعرض جيد ويذكره بالعيد بسبب توافد الناس إليه وهو مهم لتعريف الزبون بكل ما هو إلى ان د أما شركة العرقاوي فيذكر وسيم العرقاوي المدير التنفيذي فيها ، كانت مشاركتنا بالقبب الشفافة بقياسات والوان مختلفة للفتحات السماوية ومظلات الكترونية وساعدية كهربائية ويدوية ودرابزانات المنيوم تركية ، بالإضافة للمظلات هركوبونات سويسرية ، والأقمشة المشدودة ، مشيرا ويمكن استخدام هذه القبب للفلل والبيوت والفنادق . هذه القبب مصنوعة من نوع خاص من الاكرليك المعالج ضد الصدمات والاصفرار اسمها « اليوفي » هذه المادة هي التي تمنع التشقق وتغير أما طارق السراج من شركة BLUM فقال إن مشاركتهم كانت عبارة عن مطابخ ذات حركة لسهولة الاستخدام ، واستيعاب كل اغراض المطبخ وعرضه وتوزعه للتجار أو للمصنعين ، ولنا فروع في المحافظات الرئيسية حلب- حمص حماه . والأبواب القلابة للدرف العلوية من اجل سهولة الاستخدام بالإضافة إلى الاكسسوارات الداخلية ، وهم وكلاء لشركة نمساوية نقوم بجمع الاكسسوار الإمارات المدير المالي بات الزجاج فهي تنتج الزجاج العالي العاكس للحرارة ، وهي شركة رائدة ومتميزة في الشرق الأوسط هذا ما حدثنا به احمد الدقر هذه السنة عبارة عن زجاج مقسى والسنة القادمة ستكون المشاركة بالمطابخ . أن للشركة بصمات مهمة بعمارات دبي ، ومن الممكن أن يكون الزجاج مقسى في سوريا واحيانا تقسية إماراتية ، تتبع الشركة سياسة صنف صنف ، ففي السنة الماضية كانت المشاركة عبارة عن ستنالس وإكسسوارات الربط العنكبوتي ، بينما كانت المشاركة
ناجح بكل المقاييس ويؤكد ان الغاية من مشاركتهم في هذا المعرض هو التعريف بمنتوجاتهم . من جهته يقول عبد العزيز الرنكوسي عن مشاركتهم إنها عبارة عن إكسسوارات مطابخ وتخديم المنجور الإلمنيوم والمطابخ ويرى ان المعرض أما المهندس وسيم الأيوبي صاحب مكتب أبولودور ووكيل شركة tasek الإماراتية لتصنيع الأبواب المعدنية والخشبية المقاومة للحريق فيقول وابواب خشبية مقاومة للحريق من 30 دقيقة إلى 120 دقيقة . كان من أهم مشاريعها برج خليفة مول التجاري وهو اكبر مول في العالم ، ومن منتجات الشركة أبواب مقاومة للحريق من 30 دقيقة إلى ساعتين وثمة مشاركة لشركة تادكو للدهانات المتخصصة في صناعة بخاخ الدهان يقول المدير العام سامر همش عن : كانت البداية مع أحدث خطوط الإنتاج الأوروبية من ( دهان وبلاستيك ، وضغط ومعالجة الغاز الخاص للبخاخ ) حيث اشرف على بدء الإنتاج مجموعة من الخبراء الأوروبيين الكيميائيين ذوي الخبرة في البخاخ . ويضيف بدأ الإنتاج مع 18 لون تتضمن الألوان العادية والفوسفورية والنكل والكروم .. وبعد إجراء جميع التجارب باستمرار على التواصل في تطوير هذا المصنع وزيادة المنتجات التي يحتاجه السوق المحلية والعربية . تم طرح المنتج في السوق المحلية والعربية المجاورة وكان الإقبال على هذا المنتج جيد جدا من قبل المستهلكين السوريين والعرب ، نحن نعمل الباركيه لأن الكثير لا يعرف عن هذه المادة الكثير ، إضافة إلى أن الهدف تجاري بحث لا يعتمد على أي مقاييس عالمية للمادة . أما شركة باركيه شمرك فكانت مشاركتهم من خلال أرضيات خشبية حدثنا مسؤول المبيعات رامز شعيب : فقال إن جاءت المشاركة لرفع ثقافة ویری احمد غزول مدير عام شركة باركيه « ابو الخير وغزول » إن هذه هي المشاركة الخامسة في معرض بيلدكس ، والشركة مختصة بكل أنواع الأسقف المستعارة والأرضيات الخشبية ( الباركيه ) الداخلي والخارجي ، خشب الباركيه الطبيعي والصناعي ، استيراد من انكلترة والأرجنتين مناسب لعدم تزامنه مع أي معرض دولي خارجي ، لكن الميزة الجديدة هذه السنة في المعرض هو خدمة المرآب . والصين ، ويضيف غزول : أن الصناعة التركية متقدمة ومتفوقة على الصناعة السورية بسبب الانفتاح على السوق الأوروبية ، ويرى توقيت المعرض من جهتها ترى المهندسة ريم حمدون مسؤولة مكتب الدعاية والإعلان في شركة همبل للدهانات وهي شركة سورية مساهمة مختصة أكثر من شركة لكن لكل منه أسلوبه وطريقة المعالجة ، وترى حمدون : هناك نشاط اقتصادي وأشياء جديدة في هذا المعرض . بالدهانات والديكور بالإضافة لمواد العزل والإكساء الخارجي ، وتضيف إن عالم الدهانات عالم فني والمادة التي تنتجها شركة همبل تنتج مثلها فيما المهندس مهند أبو شعر فيقول عن مشاركة شركة أبو شعر بالجدران المسبقة الصنع والتي يتم فيها الاستغناء عن الدهان والطيان فهو جاهز للتركيب وهو أقوى من البلوك ب % 30 ، إضافة لموضوع الجدران نقوم بإنجاز غرف وبيعها حسب الرغبة ، ويضيف أبو شعر أن الشركة تقوم بتجارب لبناء أبنية عالية ، لا تتأثر بالعوامل الجوية ، كما أن هناك ورشات تركيب وتنفيذ وتسليم الجدران حتى من الممكن التركيب من الصفر
