الوسائل العملية للتحكم فى درجة حرارة محاليل الاظهار :
من الأفضل دائما أن يتوافر فى معمل التصوير ماء جار ساخنا و بارد او معتادا کی يتسير التحكم في درجات حرارة كل من المحاليل المستعملة وماء الغسيل ، كما يصلح الماء الساخن في أغراض إذابة الأملاح والتنظيف .
و من الممكن في الجو الحار تبريد محاليل الإظهار بوسائل عديدة نذكر منها ما يلى :
(أ) يوضع حوض الإظهار أو التثبيت في حوض آخر أكثر إنساعا به ماء مثلج ( شكل ١٢٥ - ١ ) أو قوالب من الثلج المجروش شكل (١٢٥-ب).
( ب ) أن توضع قربة من الكاوتشوك بها قطع من الثلج ومحكمة الفضل داخل حوض الاظهار ، تم ترفع منه حين تصل درجة حرارة المظهر إلى الحد المطلوب .
( ح ) بواسطة إمرار ماء مكيف الحرارة يدفعه موتور صغير في أنابيب ملفوفة حول أحواض أو تانك الإظهار ( شكل ١٢٥ ـ ح ) أو داخل أنابيب تمر في داخل تانكات الإظهار والغسيل والتثبيت ( شكل ١٢٥ ـ د ) وهذه هى الطريقة الأفضل ، إذ يتيسر ابقاء درجة الحرارة موحدة خلال جميع عمليات الإظهار . ومن الممكن أيضا الحصول على أجهزة خاصة لتكييف درجة حرارة ماء الغسيل تضبط فيها درجة الحرارة على الحد المطلوب ( شكل ١٣٦ ) سواء لرفع درجة حرارة المحاليل في فصل الشتاء أو خفضها في فصل الصيف .
( د ) لرفع درجة حرارة محلول الاظهار في فترة الشتاء بطريقة سهلة ورخيصة يوضع مصباح كهربى عادي داخل صندوق من الصفيح (شكل ١٢٥ - ٥ ) محكم القفل ولا ينفذ منه أى ضوء . ويوضع فوقه حوض الإظهار وتكفى حرارة المصباح لرفع درجة حرارة المظهر إلى الدرجة المطلوبة (و بشرط قياسها). ولكي يتيسر الإشراف بصفة مستمرة على درجة حرارة محاليل الإظهار ولا سيما في حالة إظهار الأفلام الملونة تعد بعض مقاييس الحرارة بحيث يمكن تثبيتها في جانب حوض الإظهار بواسطة ماسك من الكاوتشوك (شكل ١٢٧-١) فإن كان الإظهار في تانك عميق فمن الممكن تثبيته في سطحه الداخلى بحيث يغمره المحلول
( شكل ١٢٧ ــ ب ) كما قد يصنع الترمومتر بحيث يكون قادراً على أن يطفو على سطح المحلول ( شكل ١٢٧ - ج )
Practical means to control the temperature of display solutions:
It is always better to have hot, cold or normal running water available in the imaging laboratory in order to facilitate the control of the temperatures of both the used solutions and the washing water. Hot water is also suitable for the purposes of dissolving salts and cleaning.
In hot weather, it is possible to cool the show solutions by several means, including the following:
(A) The display or fixation basin is placed in another, more spacious basin containing ice water (Fig. 125-1) or molds of crushed ice, Figure (125-B).
(b) To put a rubber bag containing pieces of ice and of good quality inside the display basin, and it is removed when the temperature of the display reaches the required limit.
(H) By passing conditioned water pushed by a small motor in tubes wrapped around basins or display tanks (Fig. The temperature is uniform during all rendering operations. It is also possible to obtain special devices for conditioning the temperature of the washing water in which the temperature is set to the required limit (Fig. 136), whether to raise the temperature of the solutions in the winter or lower it in the summer.
(D) To raise the temperature of the display solution in the winter period in an easy and cheap way, an ordinary light bulb is placed inside a tin box (Fig. A display basin is placed above it, and the heat of the lamp is sufficient to raise the display temperature to the required degree (provided that it is measured). In order to facilitate continuous supervision of the display solutions temperature, especially in the case of displaying colored films, some thermometers are prepared so that they can be fixed to the side of the display basin by means of a rubber clamp (Fig. 127-1). If the display is in a deep tank, it is possible to install it on its inner surface. So that the solution immerses it (Fig. 127-b), and a thermometer may be made so that it is able to float on the surface of the solution (Fig. 127-c).
