رفائيل أحد أركان عصر النهضة، كان عابثاً عاش ٣٧ عام، توفي سنة ١٥٢٠. أعظم رسام في عصره، كان لا يؤمن بالأضداد مثل: العقل والشعور الجسم والروح، رسوماته تبسط علينا السلام. أهم رسوماته فينوس - عذراء اللؤلؤة - يوليوس الثامن.
مايكل انجلو
أحد أهم أركان عصر النهضة في إيطاليا، توفي عام ١٥٦٤ كان زاهداً عفيفاً مقتصداً يحب عشرة الفقراء، لم يتزوج، رسم ونحت تمثال موسى - تمثال الأسرى في متحف اللوفر بفرنسا.
خليفة بني السلطان عبد الحميد الثاني: ١٨٤٢ - ١٩١٨ عثمان لقب بالسلطان الأحمر لسفكه الدماء في مذابح الأرمن، خلع عن العرش عام ۱۹۰۸ ونفي إلى سالونيك، عرف باستبداده في مقاومة الدستور.
كينيت أرنولد:
هو رجل أعمال أمريكي، وهو أول من شاهد الصحون الطائرة وكان ذلك عام ١٩٤٧ في شهر حزيران عندما كان يطير بطائرته الصغيرة فوق جبل في واشنطن حيث شاهد فجأة تسعة أجسام غريبة على شكل صحون كانت تقوم بحركات بهلوانية ثم اختفت فجأة.
مزدك
ظهر حوالي عام ٤٨٧م في بلاد فارس مدعياً النبوة ونادى بتعاليم جديدة، أصبحت وأتباعه وباء على من حولهم، قــد نادوا بالاشتراكية وخاصة النساء والأموال ولذلك صار أتباعه لا يعرف الرجل منهم ولده ولا المولود أباه.
