ترتيب البلورات السالبة
قبل البدء بعملية التكبير ، عليك اختيار البلورات السالبة التي تريد تكبيرها وطبعهـا . ابحث في ألبومك ( Album ) عن البلورات التي تريد تكبيرها أو تكبير جزء منها .
بعد اختيارك للبلورات السالبة التي تريد تكبيرها ، رتبهـا حسب درجة تباينها . إبدأ بالبلورات العادية التباين ثم اجمع البلورات الضعيفة التباين وأخيراً البلورات المتباينة . هذه الطريقة توفر عليك تغيير نوع الورق ، ثم العودة إلى الوراء . بعد ذلك جدد الجزء الذي تريد تكبيره ؛ فقد يكون في صورتك عناصر تريد حزفها ، أو تريد التركيز على جزء يهمك . وهنا تكمن أهمية تكبير الصورة بنفسك إذ تسطيع حذف أشياء غيـر ضرورية ومشوشة منها . والطريقة الوحيدة إلى ذلك هو أن تطبع السالبة بأكملها ، أو تأخذ طبعة صغيرة جاهزة لها ، وتضعها في الجزء الذي تريدة ضمن إطار مصنوع من قطعتي كرتون بشكل حرف ( L ) يتحرك بشكل إطار متغير ( الصورة ٤ ) وعندما تصل إلى تأطير الصورة بالشكل الذي ترغب به حدد الإطار بواسطة قلم رصاص طري على الطبعة . والآن تصبـح جـاهـزاً لعمـل التكبير .
