الدماغ البشري يولد الكهرباء
ومنذ ستين سنة قام عالم انكليزي واكتشف المجاري الكهربائية الخفيفة التي يولدها الدماغ الحي في الارنبة وظهر بعد ذلك ان أعمال الدماغ البشري العجيبة ناتجة عن مجـاري كهربائية خفيفة تسير على اعصاب الدماغ . وقد نظمت الطرق التي يمكن بها قياس هذه المجاري التي تأتي من انحاء الجسم الى الدماغ في كل لحظة من لحظات حياتنا . وهذه المجاري تمكننا من ادراك الزمن والمسافات والحركة ومعرفة المكان والارتجاجات والشعور بالبرودة والحرارة والالم . وبدون هذه المجاري يتوقف الدماغ عن العمل ونقف نحن عن التفكير ومنذ ثلاثين سنة قام رجل اسمه « برجر » واخترع اول آلة لتسجيل هذه المجاري الكهربائية العجيبة التي تسير في الدماغ دائما . ووجد ان ترتيب هذه المجاري في كل دماغ يختلف عنه في دماغ اي رجل آخر كما تختلف خطوط الأباهم . ووجد ايضا ان بعض الامراض العصبية تحدث مجاري كهربائية دماغية غير اعتيادية فتكون اما قوية جدا او سريعة جدا او بطيئة جداء يستلقي المريض ويرتاح مدة عشرين دقيقة ثم توصل الى رأسه الاسلاك من هذه الآلة وتلصق به بلصاق ثمتدار الآلة وتقوم بالتسجيل . وهـذه الآلة موجودة في كل الجامعات الطبية الكبرى ولاسيما حيث يهتمون بجراحة الرأس فاذا كان المصاب يشكو من نزف في الدماغ فان هذه الآلة ترشد الطبيب الى مكان النزف ، واذا ظن الاطباء ان هناك خراجا في الدماغ ترشدهم الآلة الى مكان الخراج ، واذا كان المريض مصابا بداء الصرع ظهرت المجاري بشكل خاص يفهمه الاخصائي ، وحسب المعلومات التي لدينا الآن ، هناك مساحة صغيرة على سطح الدماغ تبدأ بارسال مجار كهربائية غير اعتيادية عند الاصابة بداء الصرع كأنها صادرة عن عاصفة عصبية فتنتشر هذه المجاري في كل انحاء الجسم وتحدث فيه الاهتزازات او الانتفاضات التي ترافق النوبة
