Last week, I joined a celebration event of the Miao ethnic group in Southwest China. The scenery was beautiful, and the villagers were extremely friendly. Unlike many other ethnic areas that have been well-developed and commercialized, this village still maintains its original houses and lifestyle. Though it is not large, there are no road signs, making it easy to get lost, and people still wear their traditional clothes daily.
It was an amazing experience for someone like me, who lives in a modern city, to participate in their traditional event and learn about their culture.
