I hereby waive any rights that I may have to inspect and / or approve the finished product or the advertising copy that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied .

Model release forms are available in pads of 50 from several sources who advertise them in the columns of photographic magazines . You may also have your own printed up by a printer or , you can even cut a stencil and run off a supply for yourself on a mimeograph machine . Whatever form yours takes isn't as important as the fact that you get a model release signed whenever you possibly can . You never know when a picture in your files might be selected for publication or other use and the lack of a model release could kill the sale .
FIGURE studies nude or pinup types - must always be covered by a model release . Consent of nude model is essential but , even then , risks can be involved . Photograph by Peter Gowland .
